Key Responsibilities
- Prepare and refinish kitchen cabinets, boxes, including sanding, staining and painting.
- Repair and restore damaged woodwork, ensuring surfaces are properly prepped and finished to a high standard.
- Install new hardware, such as handles and hinges, as part of the refinishing process.
- Maintain a clean and safe workspace, adhering to all health and safety regulations.
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide recommendations for refinishing options.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest quality standards.

**Qualifications**:

- Proven experience as a kitchen refinisher, cabinet maker, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of woodworking and finishing techniques and materials.
- Proficiency in using hand and power tools.
- Excellent attention to detail and craftsmanship.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work under tight deadlines.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Physical stamina and the ability to perform manual labor, including lifting heavy materials.

Education and Experience
- Vocational training or certification in woodworking or a related field is an asset.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in kitchen refinishing or related work.
