**Experience**
- Proven experience in retail management or a similar leadership role within the retail industry.
- Strong background in sales management with a focus on achieving targets and driving results.
- Familiarity with payroll systems and retail operations is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively lead a diverse team.
- Ability to analyze market data and make informed decisions to enhance store performance.
- A passion for selling, pricing strategies, and understanding market dynamics is essential.
