Shipper/receiver

Job Summary:
Primary responsibilities; but not limited to:

- Process incoming and outgoing shipments accurately and efficiently
- verify orders, label packages, and prepare shipping documents
- Inspect goods for damages and discrepancies
- Organize inventory and maintain a clean warehouse environment
- Operate forklifts or reach trucks to move materials as needed
- Collaborate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to resolve shipment issues
- Utilize MRP systems for inventory tracking and order fulfillment
- Pick orders for shipment using order picker equipment
- cutting of disc blades using a CNC cutting table - will train

Secondary responsibilities may include:

- Pommier sprayer boom technician - we will provide training, tools. Transportation, hotel stays and meals paid for when location is away from main office.
- Office duties/Sales as needed

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in shipping/receiving, warehouse distribution, or order fulfillment
- Proficiency in operating forklifts, reach trucks, or other warehouse equipment
- Basic math skills for inventory counting and order verification
- Knowledge of packaging techniques to ensure safe transport of goods
- Familiarity with E-commerce platforms is a plus
- Ability to adapt to fast-paced environments and meet deadlines

Pay: $21.00-$23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
