**Job Summary**

As a Product Manager II at Enable, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and success of our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to define product strategies, manage the product lifecycle, and ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions that meet customer needs and drive business growth.

**Duties and Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate with senior leadership and stakeholders to define and communicate the product vision and strategy, aligning it with company goals and market trends.
- Conduct market research and analysis to identify customer needs, market opportunities, and competitive landscapes.
- Create and manage product roadmaps, outlining feature prioritization, timelines, and resource requirements.
- Work closely with engineering, design, and other teams to gather and document product requirements, ensuring a clear and comprehensive understanding.
- Lead cross-functional product development teams, guiding the product from concept through design, development, testing, and launch.
- Champion a user-centered design approach, ensuring products are intuitive, efficient, and aligned with user expectations.
- Oversee testing processes to ensure product quality and functionality, addressing issues as they arise.
- Plan and execute product launches, including marketing strategies, sales enablement, and customer support coordination.

**Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities (KSAs)**:

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience with Agile and product management methodologies.
- Familiarity with product management and collaboration tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence).
- Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

**Required Education and Experience**:

- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- 2+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successful product launches.

**Preferred Education and Experience**:

- MBA or equivalent advanced degree.
