**Qualification**:

- Graduate in any Stream. (Commerce Graduates would be preferred)

**Desired Skills**:

- Good knowledge of Customer Service
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to comprehend, assess and analyze the customer’s issue and provide appropriate resolution
- Ability to collaborate effectively with team members or other departments

**Technical Skills**:

- Working knowledge of SAP/ Oracle, Workflow tools, MS Office

**Language Proficiency**:

- Excellent Canadian French & English
- Writing/Listening/Speaking

**Shift Time**:

- 11am - 8pm
- **Roles and Responsibilities**:_
- Handle customer interactions (telephonic / electronic)
- Maintain quality of customer interaction through empathic listening, comprehension, accurate analysis of the customer’s need and providing resolutions within defined timelines
- Coordinate and collaborate with other departments to resolve disputes per agreed timelines
- Ensure all service requests are handled in accordance to agreed metrics

Pay: $17.00-$18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 37.5 per week

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift

**Education**:

- Secondary School (required)

**Experience**:

- Customer Service: 3 years (required)
- knowledge of SAP/Oracle, workflow tools, and MS Office: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- Excellent French and English (required)
