Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Laborer/Operator to join our team. As a Laborer/Operator, you will be responsible for operating heavy equipment, performing various construction tasks, and ensuring the safe and efficient completion of projects. This is a full-time position with opportunities for career growth.

**Responsibilities**:

- Operate heavy equipment such as backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers
- Perform horizontal drilling, digging, paving, and building tasks
- Assist with the installation and maintenance of underground utilities
- Follow project plans and specifications to ensure accurate and timely completion of tasks
- Conduct routine inspections and maintenance on equipment
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines at all times

Qualifications:

- Mechanical knowledge and understanding of heavy equipment operation
- Previous experience operating backhoes, loaders, and bulldozers
- Proficiency in horizontal drilling techniques
- Valid commercial driver's license (CDL)
- Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physically demanding tasks
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Excellent problem-solving skills
