**Job Description**:

- What You’ll Be Doing- Details on your work arrangement (proportion of on-site and remote work) will be discussed at the time of your interview_
- How You’ll Succeed- Client Engagement - Develop and maintain professional client relationships. Interact regularly with clients and beneficiaries and their lawyers, accountants, and financial planners to discuss account administration.
- Collaboration/Project - Preliminary research for inquiries received; investigations; and participating in intra and inter-departmental meetings as requested; participation on committees encouraged. Annual Projects including preparing QI Documents for signature of STO/TO/ATO; preparing Annual Review Packages for files; updating CLIPs; ensuring AML documentation in file and on TOPS; and ensuring 104 tax elections are up-to-date
- Who You Are- You are a certified professional with successful completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and the Level One Trust Program offered by CSI
- You can demonstrate experience in. You have working and understand the terms of a Trust, Will and Power of Attorney for Property. You have detailed knowledge of accounting and securities administration sufficient to complete documentation and to communicate effectively with other departments
