Primary responsibility is service to customers, working the POS and handling transactions. Pro Shop is responsible for merchandise sales both soft & hard goods. Membership & green fee sales. Booking & recording tee times and providing professional customer service.

**Responsibilities and Duties**
- Principal Responsibilities & Duties:_
- Pro Shop will meet and greet all customers in a warm, friendly & professional manner in accordance with all facility policies and procedures
- Taking tee times. Phone answering skills are paramount.
- Attention to detail is very important. Keeping the pro shop counter and area organized and professional helps with our guests’ first impressions.
- Pro Shop will carry out all opening & closing duties as set by management.
- Pro Shop will be responsible for rental equipment.
- Pro Shop is responsible for all pro shop equipment & merchandise sales.
- Pro Shop will assist in tournament set up.
- Pro Shop will assist in stocking and management of golf shop inventory.
- Understand and enforce policies & procedures of the golf operation.
- Pro Shop will work with golf service staff to provide high levels of customer service and run an efficient operation.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $17.20 per hour

Shift:

- 4 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Afternoon shift
- Evening shift

Work days:

- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends as needed

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (required)
- Cash handling: 3 years (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (required)

Work Location: In person
