We leverage our expertise in property development to manage a project on behalf of a third party who wants to invest in real estate development. On behalf of our clients, Gray Crown Development Services guides a development project through all stages, from conception, due diligence, and the regulatory phase through to marketing and sales.

**Position Purpose**

To manage selected key projects on behalf of TLA Group of Holding Companies Inc.

**Position Tasks and Responsibilities**
- Ensure on time delivery of all projects, within scope as well as budget
- Coordination of both internal and external resources and vendors for execution of projects
- Use of spreadsheets, diagrams, and other available resources to develop a detailed project plan
- Track and monitor progress and report status of projects to leadership and clients
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Management of client and stakeholder relationships
- Risk management
- Maintenance of comprehensive project documentation
- Performance of other job-related duties as required
- On site task coordination and conflict resolution
- Develop and implement systems that aid in project efficiency both internally and externally

**Qualifications, Experience, and Skills**
- Project Management Professional Designation considered an asset
- Experience in standard office practices, and behaviours
- Experience in management of multifamily project development is considered an asset
- Minimum of 2 years work experience in construction project management
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills (both written and verbal)
- Excellent time management skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational and planning skills
- Proficient computer skills and in-depth knowledge of Microsoft office suite with an emphasis on Microsoft Project
- Experience in budget management and scope development is considered an asset
- Experience in risk mitigation and timeline management
- Ability to travel as required

Pay: $61,575.47-$81,000.00 per year
