We’re Global Shoe Connection — a Canadian distributor repping some of your fave footwear brands. We’re on the hunt for someone super organized (think spreadsheets and inbox zero vibes) to cover a key team member’s mat leave. This is a behind-the-scenes role where you’ll work _beside_ our eCom and marketing team—not on it. You’re not building websites or running ads—you’re making sure orders flow and customers feel taken care of.
**What You’ll Actually Be Doing**:
- Processing online orders + making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Coordinating with our warehouse to keep order flow smooth
- Helping with returns, exchanges, and all the in-between
- Supporting the marketing & web team with admin tasks as needed
- Reporting and keeping tabs on order activity and customer trends
**What We’re Looking For**:
- Admin brain. You love systems, checklists, and clean inboxes
- Experience with Shopify, Gorgias, or similar tools = major bonus
- Friendly and clear communicator (you’ll be the first line of customer contact)
- Comfortable juggling tasks and moving between platforms
- Detail-obsessed and able to work independently
- Bonus if you're into shoes — we won’t lie, it’s more fun when you are
