You are enthusiastic about the gear we sell and about the personal connections you make with our customers, your co-workers and our community.

**The Role**

As a Sales Associate your primary responsibility is to build lasting relationships with our customers while matching them with everything they need, to maximize the enjoyment of the sports or activities they are pursuing. You’ll get to help in other ways too, like visual merchandising and assisting other staff with tasks and have an opportunity to grow and try new things as you find what fulfills you.

**Responsibilities**
- Engage with customers about products and assist them find what they are looking for
- Deepen your understanding of the items that we sell through use of brand learning platforms and share that product knowledge with customers
- Build trust and establish lasting relationships with all our customers
- Take pride in always keeping the store well presented, properly stocked and tidy
- Be a part of an inclusive, collaborative team that genuinely likes helping people
- Previous retail or customer service experience an asset
- Available for shifts Monday through Sunday 10am to 6pm
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs and walk 10,000 steps per day

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $17.00-$19.00 per hour
