**We are seeking passionate Seasonal Kiosk Agents** **to join our village.**

Reporting to the Kiosk Supervisor, the** Kiosk Agent** will operate one of Thermëa spa village’s temporary kiosks during the holiday period. The primary objective of the incumbent will be to promote and sell various spa products and services that meet the needs of our customers and our sales targets.

You will support the elevation of our culture through the lens of our pillars: The best in wellness | The feeling of somewhere else | A trouble-free experience | In a natural state.

**What** **you**’**ll** **do**
- Inform customers about Thermëa spa village’s various services and products;
- Identify customers needs while creating sales opportunities;
- Assist with the sales and purchase of Thermëa gift certificates
- Maintain heavy customer traffic;
- Responsible for the opening and closing of the kiosk;
- Perform other related duties.

**Profile**

**What we’re looking for**
- Demonstrates a high level of aptitude in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint) and is adept at learning new technologies;
- Experience with using a POS system;
- Excellent communication skills;
- Ability to handle stress;
- Versatile, thorough, and autonomous;
- Shows initiative;
- Punctuality and reliability;
- Professional and collaborative attitude;
- Ability to work in a standing position for long periods of time.

**Requirements**:

- High school diploma;
- One-year experience in customer service;
- Experience in sales;

**Work Schedule & Locations**:
Full-time and / or part-time - Variable hours (Days, evenings, weekends and holidays).
