Position Overview

The Junior Business Analyst will be a support to the Pricing Analyst and other departments, preparing and analyzing various reporting.

**Responsibilities**:
- SME in order entry process to production and invoice generation in canopy- Manage process to report and reduce raw material shrink- Support for product development team to review new item costing- Manage the production pay for performance metric calculations assist in setting targets- Lead in developing customer experience indicator CEI and setting targets- Provide support in special projects such as developing SOP’s for new or existing processes- Completion of weekly inventory reconciliation and posting adjustments at period end- Completion of quarterly profitabilities for various customers- Managing period end reports from GFS to help support our Sales team- Support and analysis for the various customer rebate programs- Reconciling and managing the various freight components- Responsible for updating monthly average tracking for raw material- Daily production and invoicing- Other duties as assigned

Required Skills and Qualifications- Post secondary education in Accounting would be an asset- Computer knowledge, Word and Excel (including Google Doc and Google Sheets) proficiency- Excellent judgment, diplomacy, and discretion- Excellent organization and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize tasks at hand- Professional, friendly and courteous in all interactions with customers and co-workers- Excellent communication skills both verbally and orally
