**Overview**

**Duties**
- Assist in the preparation of job sites by clearing debris and setting up necessary equipment.
- Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and moving materials as required.
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools safely and effectively under supervision.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment to ensure the safety of all team members.
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while adhering to quality standards.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge related to labor tasks.
- Roll out garden hose

**Experience**
- Previous experience in construction or manual labor is preferred but not required; we are willing to train motivated individuals.
- Ability to follow instructions accurately and work as part of a team.
- Strong physical stamina and the ability to perform repetitive tasks throughout the day.
- Familiarity with safety practices in a labor-intensive environment is a plus.
