Join to our TIGER Family #joinTIGER** **If you are looking to move to Ontario, this might be a good fit for you** **Duties and responsibilities include**: - _Receiving and processing telephone requests at a fast pace environment_ - _Working with customer complaints_ - _Completing all necessary paperwork for orders, invoices, credits, and new customers_ - _Recording and processing requests for brochures, panels, data and MSD sheets_ - _Following up on purchase orders, delivery issues, customer inquiries, credits, and lab orders_ - _Communicating with Sales Representatives about customer inquiries and order_ - _Supporting and promoting “TIGER’s Great Place to Work" and Liberating Organism Culture_ **Required Qualifications**: - High English proficiency is a must. - Spanish and French an asset. - _3+ years’ experience working in Customer Service (on the phone)_ - _Excellent customer service/interpersonal skills_ - _Pleasant and professional phone etiquette_ - _Excellent organizational skills and a proven ability to multitask with strong attention to detail_ - _Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel & Outlook)_ - _SAP knowledge an asset_ **TIGER Canada, Inc** is an **equal opportunity employer **that is committed to diversity and inclusion in the workplace.
