**Job Description**:
About the Role
As an EDI Analyst at CONTAX, you will help bridge the gap between technology and business, enabling our customers to exchange data seamlessly with their partners using SAP. You’ll configure, troubleshoot, and optimize EDI solutions that make business processes faster, more reliable, and more efficient.
Key Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot EDI-related issues and recommend effective solutions.
- Translate business needs and requirements into clear EDI designs and technical solutions.
- Configure, test, and implement EDI partner connections and processes within SAP.
- Support existing SAP customers with enhancements, optimization, and continuous improvements to EDI processes.
- Deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Provide training, knowledge transfer, and expert guidance to help customers maximize their EDI investments.
- Stay current with EDI and SAP advancements through ongoing professional development.

**Requirements**:
Preferred Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, or Business.
- Self-driven, proactive, and eager to learn.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A passion for problem-solving and solution design.
- Interest in understanding, designing, and improving business processes.
- Familiarity with processes such as manufacturing, sales, distribution, or accounting.
- Technical aptitude with exposure to basic programming or tools (e.g., SQL, Excel).
