Dental Training Specialist

**Dental Training Specialist (Full-Time; Salary $60,000/yr)**
**Primary Function**: Responsible for training needs of Tracker clients in a (loosely-defined) territory, specifically to Tracker software for dentists and staff. Responsible for course development and the delivery of this material.
**Education / Knowledge**: Minimum Community College Diploma or equivalent.
**Experience**: Minimum 2 years of experience in the dental industry, using Tracker software. Post-secondary accreditation in Education and or a combination of education and experience will be considered.
**Requirement**:Must hold a valid driver’s license and have access to a vehicle.
**Skills / Qualifications**
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
- Ability to explain technical material to less technically proficient users.
- Working knowledge and experience using the most current Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exemplary problem solving and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with dental office procedures.
- Self-motivated and a quick learner.
- Ability to work independently and as a member of the Implementation team
- Ability to manage a variety of requests and tasks in a timely manner.
- Proven ability to collaborate and communicate with all levels of management.
- Basic hardware, software and computer system concepts knowledge.
- Customer-orientated individual with sound communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle a variety of customers with a variety of temperaments.
**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Ensure current training programs are updated continuously to reflect changes in process or procedure and communicate revisions in a timely manner to the field.
- Accurately assess customer requirements, conduct needs assessment including gap analysis, and provide recommendations for program delivery.
- Measure and monitor program results and develop appropriate strategies to ensure continuous improvement and or compliance as required.
- Understand and anticipate training trends and their effect on the growth and retention of customers.
- Quickly become familiar and competent with Tracker proprietary software and changes
- Provide professional quality services to meet customer needs
- Listen and understand customer needs and requirements using professional customer service skills
- Bill for training services provided to customer consistently and accurately. Notify customer of any billable services in advance of providing the service.
- Responsive to change management.
- Resolving customer issues in a team environment with other associates.
- Identification of common issues and problems discovered in the field
- Record and submit identified defects or enhancement requests using product change request processes.
- Quality assurance testing and debugging of program changes and improvements.
- Assist with providing customer software support in the support center when call volumes are high or when requested
- Content creation and delivery of webinar topics
- Development of interactive video tutorials
- Maintenance of implementation guides, training plans and checklists
Pay: $60,000.00 per year
