Ramada by the River is currently seeking a Housekeeping Attendant to join our Team. With this role, you will be responsible for cleaning guests' rooms and responding to guest requests in a friendly, professional, and timely manner. Seeking individuals who work well independently as well as working with others.

**Responsibilities include, but are not limited to**:

- Greeting and assisting guests when necessary.
- Changing bed linen and making beds.
- Reporting any technical issues and maintenance needs to management.
- Updating status of guest rooms on the assignment sheet.
- Returning and restocking linen room and cart at end of shift.
- Keep facilities and public areas clean and maintained.
- Vacuum, sweep, and mop floors.
- Clean and stock restrooms.
- Clean up spills with appropriate equipment.
- Collect and dispose of trash

**Qualifications**:

- Team player with excellent communication and organizational skills
- Demonstrate enthusiasm, and self-motivation
- Must be flexible to work days, afternoons including weekends
- Must be detailed oriented
- Ability to multi-task in a timely manner
- Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction
- The ability to withstand the physical demands of the position which includes extensive walking, bending, pushing, and pulling.

**Job Type**: Part-time

**Salary**: From $16.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Every Weekend
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Niagara Falls, ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:

- Cleaning: 1 year (preferred)
