**ABOUT OPPIZI**

**ABOUT THE ROLE**

**The Team Lead Brand Ambassador Role includes**:

- **Flyer Distribution**:The Team Lead will be responsible for distributing their full set of flyers, as well as help their brand ambassadors as needed.
- **Inventory Management**:You will be responsible for going to our Hoboken based storage unit office to retrieve your set of flyers and uniforms for brand ambassadors on your mission
- **Supervision**:Supervise and train new brand ambassadors onsite + light troubleshooting on the Oppizi app.
- **Management**:Ensuring that the team of brand ambassadors are performing up to the standards required and will provide support to help them improve their performance. You will be proactive to improve on campaigns if needed.
- **Operational**:Be in charge of logistics and ensuring that the operations are running as smooth as possible. This includes confirming your brand ambassadors scheduled for your shift.
- **Reporting**: Updating reports for different clients on a daily basis while directly reporting to the operations manager.
- Team Lead Brand Ambassadors: $33 per hour + commission
- Payout every 2 weeks.
- 1 shift is 3hrs (Generally 1 to 2 shifts per day)
- Shift times: Morning 8 am, Lunch 11:30 am, Evening 4:00 pm daily and occasional weekends depending on availability (Flexibility in terms of schedule to meet these general times is essential)
- Smartphone with internet data required.

**SKILLS/EXPERIENCE**

**Communication**:Excellent writing and oral skills. Fluent English is required.

**Attitude**:Dynamic, proactive, flexible, organized, problem solver & result driven

Must be a team player.

**REMUNERATION**
- **Independent Contractor status**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $33.00 per hour

Schedule:

- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed

Supplemental pay types:

- Commission pay
