We are looking for individuals who are results driven, have a sense of urgency, are able to travel to locations in southern Alberta and southeast BC, and value relationships and customer service. The Sales Associate will actively participate in acquiring sales for Genuine Siding and Roofing, help develop an effective program of door-to-door sales in Lethbridge that would include surrounding southern Alberta communities, and southeast BC, and be a leader in providing excellent customer service and response.

Duties would include:

- Scheduling activity in conjunction with the management
- Development and refinement of training and sales materials
- Training of team members
- Managing the daily activity of street team members
- Actively executing sales activity including outbound sales activity, following up on sales leads generated, following up on assigned leads.
- Delivering reporting of activity to management
- Attaining designated activity and sales goals
- Valid drivers’ license
- Capability of travel in Lethbridge, communities in southern Alberta and Cranbrook BC
- Presentable and engaging
- Previous sales experience
- Previous experience in a direct sales (door to door) position.
- Familiarity with siding and roofing or construction would be an asset.

**Salary**: $45,000.00-$75,000.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus pay
- Commission pay
