**Job Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Manage the parts inventory, ensuring accurate stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Process customer orders through the POS system, handling cashiering duties as needed.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions.
- Assist in sales management by promoting parts and services to enhance customer satisfaction.
- Fulfill orders promptly while maintaining high standards of accuracy.
- Utilize DMS (Dealer Management Software) for tracking parts usage and inventory management.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to facilitate efficient operations.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and customer service excellence.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in a dealership or automotive parts environment is preferred.
- Proficiency in POS systems and cashiering processes is essential.
- Strong sales management skills with the ability to maintain customer relationships effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage with diverse customers.
- Proficient in a Dealer Management Software for tracking inventory data and generating reports is preferred.
- Familiarity with order fulfillment processes to ensure timely delivery of parts.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining individual responsibilities.
