**Food Service Team Member (Sushi Chef)**

Come roll with us as a **Food Service Team Member (Sushi Chef) **and play a key role in “Creating better food for everyone, the Japanese way”, at our **Waterloo** locations:

- ** Zehrs**: 555 Davenport Rd, Waterloo, ON N2L 6L2 (Davenport Rd and Kingscourt Dr) | Saturday and Sunday, 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM (1 Part-Time)
- ** Wilfrid Laurier University**: 75 University Ave W, Waterloo, ON N3L 3C5 (University Ave W and Hazel St) | Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:30 PM (1 Full-Time)

**Responsibilities**
- Prepare and measure ingredients.
- Preparation of sushi and other dishes (salads, rice bowls and sushi).
- Answer customers’ questions and offer recommendations.
- Keep the workstation clean and tidy in accordance with nutrition and sanitation guidelines.
- Perform any other task required for the smooth running of operations.

**Qualifications**
- Must be able to lift a load of 15 kg (33 lb).
- Must be able to stand for an extended period.
- Be able to work in a team with good communication skills.
