Responsible for the ideation, creation and execution of compelling internal employee experience events and initiatives to promote a sense of organizational identity and deepen employee engagement. Oversees multi-media initiatives to promote the group’s organizational presence within the team, across T&O and the Enterprise, consistent with the organizational strategic objectives and priorities

**What will you do?**
- Drive the ideation, planning, logistics/operations and implementation of employee engagement initiatives, including virtual and in-person employee events, and recognition initiatives with oversight of approved budgets
- Documentation and reporting for event budgets and execution status
- Maintaining master calendar, including all special events, organization meetings and any employee functions
- Track engagement metrics to assess the effectiveness of employee engagement initiatives to identify opportunities to increase impact
- Support the internal promotion of WII BT marquee events to elevate the internal profile of WII BT, including, but not limited to multimedia and digital content, internal Connect sites, videos, communications, etc. to maximise reach, impact and engagement
- Support the group’s digital presence, including Connect pages, video contention creation, podcasts, etc. to promote key messaging
- Use data, insights, and employee feedback to continuously evaluate the effectiveness of engagement campaigns, Connect pages, etc. utilizing various RBC platforms such as Connect and Achievers
- Continuously update knowledge and skills to ensure that communication strategies and tactics are effective and aligned with best practices, including accessibility requirements and to ensure that internal sites and platforms are aligned with the latest UI/UX trends and best practices and privacy standards
- Help gather requirements and feedback from key stakeholders to recommend and deliver great content, tools, forms, and interactive experiences to ensure projects are delivered on time, on scope and on budget
- Provide support for floor staff at 155 Wellington, including oversight of seating plans, onboarding orientation materials, key contacts list, technical support, etc.
- Provide office support duties and assisting office staff with day-to-day projects, as required

**What do you need to succeed?**
**Must-have**
- Large scale employee events (virtual, in-person and hybrid)
- Internal promotion techniques and tactics, including digital footprint
- UI/UX Design
- Effective ability to manage multiple responsibilities, sometimes within tight timelines and to prioritize effectively in a fast-paced matrix environment
- Video content creation/editing
- Podcast recording / editing

**Nice-to-have**
- Marketing experience
- Design experience
- HTML coding
- Graphic design and visual communications
