**Working Title**: Warehouse Associate

**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Receive incoming shipments, verify accuracy, and inspect for damage or discrepancies
- Prepare and package outbound orders for timely and accurate shipment
- Pick, pack, and stage customer orders in accordance with company procedures
- Operate material handling equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and dollies safely and efficiently
- Perform regular inventory counts and assist in maintaining inventory accuracy
- Label, organize, and store materials in designated warehouse areas
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and freight carriers
- Complete shipping and receiving documentation as required
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures

**What you need to succeed**:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience in a warehouse, shipping/receiving, or logistics environment preferred
- Valid forklift certification is a bonus
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet for extended periods
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Basic computer or scanner skills for inventory systems and documentation
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a team

**Working Conditions**:

- Warehouse environment with exposure to changing temperatures
- Requires standing, walking, lifting, and repetitive movement

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $22.00-$23.00 per hour
