The Strategic Partnerships team is a vital component of the Brink Business Development organization, dedicated to fostering collaborative relationships and driving growth. Within this team, you will play a pivotal role in identifying, managing, and launching new partnership opportunities aimed at enhancing engagement with PAR products and services.

In this dynamic role, you will operate within a highly matrixed environment, collaborating across various functions to capitalize on synergies and maximize opportunities. Your primary objective will be to cultivate a deep understanding of our partners' businesses, fostering alignment, and ultimately driving revenue through strategic partnerships. Leveraging your expertise in the restaurant industry landscape, you will proactively identify and cultivate fruitful relationships, ensuring the success of our partnership ventures.

Your responsibilities will encompass providing both business and technical insights to the management team, facilitating informed and agile decision-making processes. With your strong analytical skills, API integration knowledge, and sound business judgment, you will be instrumental in evaluating opportunities and charting the course for impactful partnerships.

**What You Bring to the Table**
- **Experience in the restaurant technology field is highly preferred**, demonstrating familiarity with the nuances of this industry.
- Demonstrated ability to take initiative and work independently without constant supervision.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and project management is essential.
- A proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, from initiation to completion.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize effectively are crucial.
- Proven experience in managing external relationships in a partner-facing capacity.
- The ability to foster collaborative partnerships and navigate diverse stakeholder dynamics.
- Comfortable with data analysis and reporting, with the ability to build and manage reports, validate data accuracy, and make informed decisions based on insights derived from data and assumptions.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, Salesforce, and DocuSign is required.
- Familiarity with AWS (Amazon Web Services), Postman, and other relevant technical tools is advantageous, demonstrating an understanding of cloud computing and Soap API integration.

**What You'll Do**:

- Take ownership of the initial partner conversations, engaging with potential partners to gather pertinent details regarding product functionality, integration potential, and revenue opportunities.
- Present information gathered for further discussion and evaluation by relevant stakeholders.
- Lead the project management efforts for integration initiatives, ensuring smooth and efficient integration processes between partners and internal systems.
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams to facilitate seamless integration and alignment with project timelines and objectives.
- Oversee the onboarding process of new partnerships, collaborating closely with internal and external teams to ensure the successful implementation and adoption of partnership initiatives.
- Provide guidance and support to stakeholders throughout the onboarding journey, addressing any challenges or obstacles that may arise.
- Take the lead in post-launch engagement activities, actively monitoring and optimizing the performance of integrations with third-party platforms.
- Identify opportunities for improvement and enhancement, implementing strategies to maximize the value derived from partnership integrations.
- Drive the go-to-market activities for top-tier partnerships, orchestrating direct campaigns and programs aimed at engaging and expanding the partner customer base.
- Develop and execute strategic marketing initiatives to promote partnership offerings and drive customer acquisition
