**ROLE: ADMISSIONS ADVISOR**

Our College is looking for an Admissions Advisor with dynamic skills in sales, administration and overall customer care. Must have clear English skills and access to a vehicle to commute between campuses to meet with potential students.

**Position Hours (may vary)**:
Monday to Thursday 9am to 5pm, sometimes 12pm to 8pm

Sun 10:00am to 4:00pm
- **Must own vehicle as travel is needed between locations - Toronto, Brampton & Kitchener**_

**Qualifications**
- Must have 3+ years working in and exceeding sales targets
- Must have 3+ years direct customer care/admissions experience
- Strong English communication skills
- Must have sales or admissions expierience
- Available immediately
- Must own a vehicle and willing to travel between campuses

**Essential Duties and Responsibilities**
- Providing the highest standards of care in managing all College course inquiries
- Facilitate Campus tours
- Manage the entire enrolment and course registration process
- Collect payments during the registration process
- Process and file registration forms and payments accurately
- Maintain all student files
- Work with College Director and Instructors to understand scheduling of classes and all academic activities
- Work with College Director in updating classlists and program guides
- Other tasks as assigned

**Secondary Duties and Responsibilities**
- Assist as required with the set up and clean up of workspace for class/practical activities
- Assist with industry trade shows and events
- Maintain sufficient knowledge of school processes in order to assist as required
- Participate in the planning and coordination of graduation events and other College functions
- Other tasks as assigned
