**Job Summary**

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Fabricate metal frameworks for removable partial dentures
- Perform casting, trimming, and polishing of metal components
- Operate laser welding equipment for framework assembly and repair
- Work from design specifications and ensure high standards of precision
- Maintain a clean workstation and follow all lab protocols

**Qualifications**:
**Preferred**:

- 5+ years of experience in a busy dental lab with metal framework specialization
- Strong proficiency in casting, polishing, and laser welding
- Ability to interpret dental design specifications with precision
- Basic understanding of dental lab procedures or hands-on technical aptitude
- Willingness to learn, follow instructions, and maintain high-quality standards
- Training will be provided on-site

**Compensation & Benefits**
- $20/hour - Entry-level with training provided
- Up to $27/hour - For experienced technicians with 5+ years in a high-volume lab
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday-Friday
