**Role: Junior Project Manager - Sprinklers**

** Salary**:$60K to $70K

** Working Hours**: 8 am to 5 pm, Mon to Fri

Key Responsibilities**:

- Generate new business and meet clients for sprinkler system projects.
- Prepare and follow up on project estimates, quotations, and proposals.
- Review building plans, specs, and tender documents to confirm project details.
- Conduct site visits to assess conditions and verify measurements.
- Develop project schedules and plan activities, resources, and sequences.
- Estimate costs for materials, labor, equipment, and subcontracting.
- Coordinate procurement, installation, commissioning, and contractor
- management.
- Ensure quality control, safety compliance, and risk management throughout.
- Prepare and maintain all essential project documentation.
- Monitor project progress, track budgets, and serve as main client contact.

**Qualifications**:

- Post-secondary education in Fire Protection, Construction, or related field.
- Minimum 3 years of project or estimation experience in fire protection or
- construction.
- Able to read and interpret sprinkler design drawings accurately.
- Knowledge of NFPA standards, Ontario Building Code, and fire protection rules.
- Skilled in MS Office and Bluebeam is preferred
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, team player.
- Capable of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
