Our Weyburn branch has a part-time opportunity This role is responsible for supporting daily operations of the branch with effective communication, problem solving skills and an upbeat attitude. We are looking for someone who a self-starter, a problem solver, and a team player. You are not afraid to put in hard work to deliver results for our customers.
**Responsibilities**:
- Ensure accuracy of all orders and billing are done in timely manner.
- Provide beneficial support, enabling the Sales Representative to concentrate on maintaining and building external customer relations.
- Maintain filing.
- Generate and create reports as requested.
- Establish and maintain working relationships with internal and external groups to support excellent collaboration between the branch and all parts of the company.
- Adhere to company safety policies and procedures to ensure the safe work environment of themselves, fellow employees, customers, vendors, and other TS&M partners.
- Complete other duties as assigned.
- Local pick-ups and deliveries in town.
**Knowledge & Skills**:
- 1-year prior experience in administration or clerical type role is ideal.
- Data entry experience is an asset.
- Valid driver's license and clean drivers abstract required for local driving
- Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and SAP (an asset).
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written).
- Excellent organizational and prioritization skills in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work effectively with a wide variety of people.
- Database knowledge (an asset).
- Must be able to pass pre-employment testing (Drug, alcohol, and fitness to work).
