**Responsibilities**
**Prepare and serve food and beverages;**
- Clean and sanitize all equipment used in preparation and serve of meals;
- Know how to properly maintain Melville Heights’s dining room equipment;
- Ensure compliance with all safety standards;
- Willingness to learn and take direction from the dietary team;
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills needed to provide quality service;
- Ability to work with people in our great team environment.

**Experience**
**Previous experience in food service or other related fields preferred; other suitable qualifications can be obtained through training.**

Licence/Certification:

- Smart Serve (preferred)
