**WHAT WILL YOU DO?**

Reporting to the Stock Supervisor, the Stock Fulfillment Specialist will provide an extraordinary customer experience to our online customers, through accurate and prompt delivery of online purchases.

The incumbent will support the sales floor team on replenishment, recovery and selling functions ensuring all goods are “floor ready.”

**HOW WILL YOU DO IT?**
- Participate with the store team in all aspects of service, store readiness, merchandising and restocking of products, store cleanliness, control of assets, health and safety practices and compliance with Psycho Bunny policies.
- Stay familiar with inventory and understand how to use existing systems to check availability.
- Assist with the store’s visual directives and maintain standards of housekeeping.
- Understand all stock loss and security procedures and ensure attention to these.
- Protect store assets and inventory through awareness of loss prevention procedures. Report violations to the supervisor.
- Provide excellent customer service by providing timely completion of customer orders.
- Communicate the status of orders, inquiries, and issues via telephone and electronic messaging.
- Adjust orders to meet customers' needs.
- Investigate possible shipment delays and follow-up with third-party logistics providers and open investigations.
- Determines the method of shipment that complies with established policies and procedures and customer specifications.
- Affixes shipping labels on packed parcels or stencils identifying shipping information on parcels.
- Assembles and/or selects reassembled package
- Places identifying information and shipping instructions onto packages.
- Posts weights and shipping charges, and affixes postage.
- Unpacks and examines incoming shipments, reports damaged items, records shortages, and corresponds with shippers to rectify damages and shortages.
- Distributes items to appropriate individuals.
- Examines outgoing shipments to ensure shipments meet specifications.
- Ensure quantity and/or quality discrepancies are accounted for and adjusted appropriately.
- Maintains the inventory of shipping materials and supplies.
- Provide pricing and delivery information.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal departments.
- Fold clothing appropriately before packing.
- Assist stock supervisor with other duties as required.
- Work collaboratively with all other Psycho Bunny team members to achieve goals.
