Trusted by 500+ private operators, colleges and universities, municipalities, and real estate owners across North America, HONK serves millions of drivers every year. **The Role**:We’re looking for a Operations Associate who will report to the Chief of Operations Office. This person will play a key role in configuring internal systems, set up client accounts, and ensure smooth communication with our partners and end users. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and proactive in keeping projects on track in a fast-moving environment. This is a hybrid position with 2 days a week in our Toronto midtown office. **What You’ll Be Doing**: While no day is "average" here at HONK, some of the things you can expect to work on include... **Client Onboarding Support**:Assist with the setup of new clients, account configuration, and data entry into internal systems. **System Configuration**:Configure internal operational systems (non-engineering) to reflect client requirements, add new zones, and ensure setup accuracy. **Process Coordination**:Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and operational alignment for new and existing accounts. **Documentation & Reporting**:Maintain accurate records of onboarding activities, configuration changes, and customer interactions. **Continuous Improvement**:Identify opportunities to simplify processes, improve accuracy, and enhance client onboarding experiences. **About You**: **Bonus Points For**:Diploma or degree in Business, Operations, or related field.Proficiency with tools like Google Workspace, Slack, and CRM or project-tracking systems.
