One Source Home Services is growing We are looking for an **Estimator **for our diverse team. One Source Home services offers residential heating, air conditioning, electrical, plumbing, maintenance, service, installations and service agreement's.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:

- Cost equipment and materials to complete large industrial construction project and quotes for multi-trade, complex rollout, or multiple client/subs
- Consult with technicians and the Project Manager to determine labour amounts.
- Materials and equipment costs are to be sourced and inputted into the estimating worksheet to generate a formal quote.
- Quotes are to be checked by the Project Manager or sales prior to submitting to the customer.
- Complete estimating worksheet.
- Generate and submit customer quotes.
- Turn over successful quote to Sales, Manager, Purchasing or send to client directly
- Support sales, purchasing and project management departments.

**Requires Knowledge & Awareness of Following Tasks**:

- Must have experience in estimating
- Knowledge of the construction industry
- Change orders to existing projects
- Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
- Access to work orders, purchase orders and job records

**Work Conditions**:

- Office work (sitting at desk/working on computer for long periods of time)
- Overtime (at times it may be necessary for the estimator to work outside of the regular work day in order to complete their duties)
- Field work (working outdoors, lifting, climbing ladders, working in dusty/dirty environments)
- Driving (sitting for extended periods, maintaining focus and alertness while operating company vehicle)
