Job description

SUMMARY
Coordinates all components involved in the successful completion of new tenant fit ups and renovations for Booster Juice. This position will require travel to project locations 10% of their time.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
- Complete responsibility to oversee design and construction of new locations and renovations
- Transitions new store openings from General Contractor (GC) to Operations department Follow-up and completion of deficiency reports, store set up, project closeout documentation
- Direct Project Responsibility:
1. Gathers all project information: schedules, data, existing conditions, assignments, and tasks
2. Managing site specific design documents and building permits
3. Perform visits to projects to prepare, monitor or transition the project as needed
4. Work with Project Designers, Engineers and Suppliers to complete drawings and supporting documents
5. Work with other departments to ensure that the projects are expedited and coordinated
6. Coordinate work of trades, General Contractors, Suppliers and internal company departments
7. Monitor and modify project schedule as assigned
- Coordinating building design through management of third-party consultants and suppliers
- Preparing and issuing tender package to General Contractor bidders
- Working within strict timelines, budgets and able to meet deadlines
- Prioritizing and multi-tasking various projects
- Develops and review project status and reports

QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
- 2+ years Project Management experience
- Intermediate CAD competency
- Post-Secondary Education
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft computer software (e.g., Excel, Word, etc.)

- Ability to work independently in a busy environment
- Work within tight timelines and meet strict deadlines - you have a “can do” attitude
- Organized with the ability to multi-task effectively
- High degree of attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
