Mission, Canada Industry Workwear and Safety Full time

Industry Workwear is a locally owned and operated Workwear and Safety store with two locations servicing the Valley and the Tri Cities. We are looking for a Part Time Sales Associate for our Mission location (13-21 hours per week). Must be available on Weekends both Saturday & Sunday.

- You communicate in a way that conveys a clear understanding.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide expert guidance and assistance to customers, both in-person and over the phone, to help them select the most suitable safety boots, workwear, and safety products.
- Willingness to learn about the products we carry.
- Accurately process customer orders, ensuring that the right products are selected through our POS system
- Handle customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally and promptly, finding solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Facilitate returns and exchanges, adhering to company policies and procedures.
- Receiving orders, record and price new inventory.

- **Must be available both Saturday & Sunday every weekend**:

- Must be available between 9:30am - 6:00pm

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: From $19.00 per hour
