- Taking inventory of food, beverages, and supplies needed for each day
- Preparing foods such as fresh fruit, coffee, and juices from concentrates
- Setting out/arranging cold food, such as pastries, cereals, etc.
- Clearing and cleaning tables as they are vacated
- Preparing and setting up hot food items
- Restocking items consistently throughout breakfast hours and for the next day
- Washing serving equipment and returning to storage
- Performing a variety of side work to prepare for all future catering events.
- Performs other duties as assigned, to make sure the hotel delivers a flawless, unforgettable event

**Qualifications and Requirements**
- Ability to work a variety of shifts including evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays. The more you’re available to work - the more we will schedule you.
- Must be 19 years of age.
- Valid Food Safe Handlers Certificate required.
- Valid Serve It Right (SIR) Certificate required.
- Excellent customer service skills,
- Positive attitude, motivated, and ambitious.
- Passionate about delivering exceptional service to our valued guests.
- Strong communication skills are essential when interacting with guests.
- Strong math skills are used frequently when handling cash or credit.
