**Position Overview**:
As a Team Member at Burger King, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our customers have a memorable dining experience. You will be responsible for various tasks including taking orders, preparing food, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. This role requires a positive attitude, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and a commitment to delivering outstanding service.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Customer Service**: Greet and assist customers in a friendly and efficient manner. Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- **Order Management**: Accurately take and process customer orders using the POS system. Upsell additional items and ensure orders are prepared and served correctly.
- **Food Preparation**: Prepare and cook food items according to Burger King standards and recipes. Ensure all food is made to quality and safety standards.
- **Cleanliness**: Maintain a clean and organized work area, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms. Follow all health and safety regulations.
- **Team Collaboration**: Work effectively with other team members to ensure smooth and efficient operations. Assist in training new employees as needed.
- **Inventory Management**: Monitor and manage inventory levels, report shortages or issues to the supervisor, and assist in restocking supplies as necessary.

- **Physical Stamina**: Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 pounds.
- **Experience**: Previous experience in food service or customer service is a plus but not required.

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Wandering River, AB: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
