**How to Apply**:
**Position Objective**:
The role of the Retail Store Staff is to create an exciting and welcoming experience for guests in the retail store at PEC Toronto. The store features a range of Porsche Lifestyle and PEC products, including car accessories, clothing, memorabilia, and exclusive items that capture the thrill of the Porsche brand.
The Porsche Experience Centre (PEC) is a brand immersion destination for automobile enthusiasts. It offers the ability for guests of all ages to take in the heritage of the brand, experience the Porsche lifestyle and the thrill of the drive, allowing Porsche to build connections with people from all walks of life. Guests visit the PEC primarily to engage in driving experiences behind the wheel of a Porsche vehicle on a purpose-built driver development track.
**Primary Responsibilities: **
**Prior to PEC opening**:
- Assist in setting up the retail store under the direction of management
- Support the inventory stocking process and store layout design
**Once PEC is open**:
- Greet customers and provide knowledgeable assistance with Porsche merchandise
- Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure the store is well-organized
- Process transactions efficiently and handle guest check-out operations accurately
- Support inventory management, including restocking and periodic inventory counts
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and provide a superior guest experience
**Qualifications**:
**Education**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business preferred, or equivalent
**Experience (Job and Industry)**:
- 2+ years of retail experience, preferably in luxury or automotive environments
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
**Skills**:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, as required by event
- schedules
