Think Tank Escape Rooms is looking for a new Game Master Hour ranges from T -F 10am-10:30pm. Saturday & Sunday 11:30am-12am. Work hours will be based on business needs and rooms booked. You will be expected to be on call. Applicants will need to be available Tuesday to Friday 10am - 5:00pm

As a Game Master you will be expected to be an observer, storyteller, advisor, actor, and problem solver. You will work in our games room and interact directly with the players to deliver entertaining and memorable experiences. We are looking for quick learners with a strong attention to detail. But most of all, applicants should have a knack for hospitality and customer service.

**Responsibilities**:

- Day-to-day customer experience
- Light Maintenance and basic location cleaning
- Oversee games
- Perform administrative duties - taking payments, updating Bookeo, etc
- Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally and ensure customer satisfaction
- Contribute to Think Tank's meetings by challenging and creating ideas

**Job Type**: Part-time

Part-time hours: 3-24 per week

**Salary**: From $15.20 per hour
