**Connaught Elementary School**
Connaught Elementary is a Pre-K to grade 3 school where inclusion matters and the needs of students are at the centre of everything. We are a tight-knit place with a great deal of community spirit. **Qualifications**
- Minimum Grade 12 education with at least one (1) year relevant childcare experience
- Post-secondary certificate from a recognized institution in Early Learning & Childcare, Youth Care Worker or equivalent program would be considered an asset

- genuinely appreciate working with children and demonstrate patience, show empathy, and help make learning fun;
- possess strong planning and organizational skills while showing initiative ;
- have excellent communication skills and a willingness to work independently
- be positive, enthusiastic and thrive in a team environment.
