**Job Summary**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate forklifts, clamp trucks, and order pickers safely and efficiently to move materials throughout the warehouse.
- Load and unload shipments, ensuring accurate placement of products in designated areas.
- Perform order picking tasks using warehouse management systems to fulfill customer orders accurately.
- Conduct routine inspections of equipment to ensure safety and proper functioning.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Assist with inventory management by conducting regular counts and reporting discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to optimize workflow and meet productivity goals.

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience operating forklifts and other material handling equipment in a warehouse distribution environment.
- Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Ability to perform heavy lifting (up to 50 pounds) as required by job duties.
- Familiarity with order picking processes and basic math skills for inventory management.
- Experience with warehouse management systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety practices in the workplace.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.

Pay: $17.25-$22.00 per hour
