**Job Summary**:
The Housekeeping Room Attendant is responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in guest rooms and public areas. This position plays a key role in ensuring a positive guest experience by creating a clean, orderly, and welcoming environment.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Clean guest rooms thoroughly and efficiently according to hotel standards, including making beds, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing bathrooms, and replenishing amenities.
- Replace linens and towels, and ensure all items are in good condition.
- Report any maintenance issues, damage, or missing items to the supervisor.
- Restock cleaning supplies and room amenities as needed.
- Follow all health and safety regulations, including proper handling of cleaning chemicals.
- Maintain cleanliness in hallways and public areas as assigned.
- Respond to guest requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Respect guests' privacy and adhere to “do not disturb” signs.
- Collaborate with other housekeeping staff and departments to ensure efficient operations.
- Other duties as assigned.

**Qualifications**:

- Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred but not required.
- Ability to work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Good physical condition; must be able to stand, bend, lift, and move for extended periods.
- Basic English communication skills.

**Physical Requirements**:

- Move, lift, carry, and place objects up to 25 pounds without assistance.
- Push and pull a loaded housekeeping cart and related equipment across sloping or uneven surfaces.
- Reach overhead and below the knees; bend, twist, pull, and stoop as needed.
- Stand, sit, kneel, or walk for extended periods across a full work shift.
- Grasp, turn, and manipulate items of varying size and weight requiring fine motor skills and hand-eye coordination.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $20.00-$20.01 per hour

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Evening shift
- Holidays
- Monday to Friday
- Morning shift
- Overtime
- Weekends as needed
