Process Bilateral/Syndicate (Agency Administration/Participated Loans) Commercial Loans Servicing transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy.
- Understanding of Bilateral Loans and activities - Disbursment, Re-payment processing, Loan Servicing, Interest/Fee Payment, Asset servicing, Agency assignments and transfers, Invoicing of legal fees, Agency fee billing process and other maintenace activities
- Reviewing Loan Agreement made between the Lead/ Agent Bank and the Borrower
- Tracking of the transactions assigned and completion on time.
- Daily Reporting of the activities/transactions processed
- Reviewing and clearing of the nostro reconciliation breaksKnowledge/Experience:

- 2-4 year of experience into Lending Servicing Operations
- Basic MS Office knowledgeCompetencies/Skills:

- Good Communication skills.
- Good Co-ordination skills.Qualifications:
Graduate (Preferably Bachelor of Commerce)Essential:
Knowledge of MS Office, Experience in OperationsDesirable: Experience with Banks/NBFCs/BPO **--**

**For Senior Analyst**
- Authorise Bilateral/Syndicated (Agency Administration/Participated Loans) Commercial Loan transactions within the agreed timelines & accuracy
- Processing/Authorising of Bilateral Loans and activities - Disbursment, Re-payment processing, Loan Servicing, Interest/Fee Payment, Asset servicing, Agency assignments and transfers, Invoicing of legal fees, Agency fee billing process and other maintenace activities
- Generate Payoff letter, Amortization schedule, Subpoena requests as requested
- Prioritization of transaction
- Reviewing Loan Agreement made between the Lead/ Agent Bank and the Borrower
- Manage and ensure accuracy handling various processes.
- Ensure all Client deliverables/ MIS are shared as per agreed timelines.
- Interact with the Client and provide required updates.
- Handhold and manage team across diverse situation.
- Ensure optimum utlization of resources within the team.
- Train the team and keep them updated with all relevant details.Knowledge/Experience:

- At least 4-5 years of experience into lending operations
- Proficient in Applications such as LoanIQ, ACBS etc
- Preparation of Process-reports, exception-reports, error-reports and
various business MIS’s.
- Directly liaising with clients and syndicate members to ensure all
commitments, fees and limits are as per the loan agreement and
ensuring daily funding is received correctlyCompetencies/Skills:

Graduate (Preferably Bachelor of Commerce)Essential:

**Salary**: $30,000.00-$45,000.00 per year
