- Provide direct patient care and assist with activities of daily living
- Administer medications
- Assist with feeding if necessary
- Provide specialized care for client with dementia or memory loss
- Get client out of bed & ready for the day / Get client ready for bed in the evening.
- light house keeping (ex. Sweeping/dusting)
- Play games with client in morning / or evening (board/ card games)
- Must provide recent criminal record check and proof of HCA Certificate

- Experience in taking care of seniors with dementia/ memory loss
- Ability to do tasks as clients place (no rushing, slow and steady wins the race)
- Physical strength and ability to perform heavy lifting as required in a home care setting. (Sit to stand lift at residence)
- Ability to have fun and joke around with client
- Experience working in assisted living or similar settings, providing care to seniors
- Strong caregiving skills, including assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, grooming, and toileting

**Salary**: $20.00-$21.00 per hour

Expected hours: 3 - 12 per week
