We are currently seeking a **Sales Manager at Redwater Dodge**
**Redwater Dodge** is a premier retailer specializing in New and Used Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep and Ram vehicles, and servicing of all makes and models. And we’re just a short 30 min drive from North Edmonton along the scenic countryside of Highway 28.

**We do want to note, that in this role you will also be selling cars yourself, as well as helping manage our sales floor**
As a leader of the sales team, the Sales Manager is the driving force behind the dealership's sales experiences. The Sales Manager is dedicated to motivating their team in order to achieve monthly sales targets and ensuring that all members of the team have the training and resources necessary to be successful in their jobs. As a team player the Sales Manager strives to develop collaborative relationships throughout the dealership. The Sales Manager is focused on upholding our dealership's brand values and brand standards to create an unparalleled customer experience in the sales department.
**Remuneration: $150-200K per year**
**Responsibilities**:
Ø Assists individual salespeople, **as well as yourself,** in setting aggressive yet realistic monthly goals and objectives and provides them with the support to meet these goals.
Ø Maintains teamwork in a customer-focused sales environment throughout the sales, delivery, and follow-up process.
Ø Provides effective communication throughout the sales department as well as interdepartmentally.
Ø Provides proper product and training resources for sales consultants on a regular and continuous basis.
Ø Works with sales consultants on programs that will increase the sales gross and F&I penetration.
Ø Develops incentive programs along with dealer and other managers.
Ø Helps salespeople close deals when necessary.
Ø Completes deal settlement sheets and turns into accounting office in a prompt and timely manner.
Ø Establishes and maintains standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers.
Ø Provides dealer with accurate floor traffic control data on a daily basis.
Ø Recommends to the general sales manager the new-car inventory to be carried by color, model, and equipment, based on a variety of customer and market analyses.
Ø Assists the sales department with trade appraisals as needed.
Ø Directs merchandising and advertising efforts for the new-vehicle department in conjunction with the sales managers and dealer.
Ø Must comply to all company safety policies and procedures.
Ø Other duties as required.
Ø Proven leadership ability to supervise and motivate a sales team to exceed goals
Ø Proven success in auto retail sales management
Ø Strong aptitude for logical thinking, including detailed problem-solving skills
Ø Demonstrates self-assurance, self-confidence and a strong desire to work in a demanding but rewarding atmosphere
Ø Understands, keeps abreast of, and complies with federal, provincial, and local regulations that affect vehicle sales.
Ø Detail oriented and excels in a fast-paced, results driven environment
Ø Persistent and goal driven
Ø Knowledge of ONE Eighty preferred
Ø Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Ø Ability to pass drug testing and background check
Ø AMVIC license required
Ø Professional appearance and work ethic
