**Overview**

**Responsibilities**
- Operate graders to create smooth surfaces for paving and other construction activities.
- Perform routine maintenance checks on equipment to ensure optimal performance.
- Collaborate with other team members to coordinate grading activities on job sites.
- Utilize dozers, loaders, backhoes, and excavators as needed to support grading operations.
- Follow safety protocols and guidelines while operating heavy machinery.
- Assist in horizontal drilling tasks when required.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and report any issues with equipment or job site conditions.

**Experience**
- Proven experience in grader operation is essential, along with familiarity with heavy equipment operation including dozers, loaders, backhoes, and excavators.
- Mechanical knowledge is highly desirable to troubleshoot minor equipment issues.
- Experience in commercial driving is a plus for transporting equipment to various job sites.
- Previous involvement in construction projects will be beneficial for understanding site requirements and workflows.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: $28.00-$32.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 55 per week
