**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Install, maintain, and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Perform routine inspections and preventative maintenance to ensure optimal system performance.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot system issues, recommending and completing necessary repairs.
- Install and connect ductwork, refrigerant lines, and electrical components according to specifications.
- Ensure systems meet all relevant safety standards and codes.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and manufacturer instructions.
- Collaborate with other technicians and contractors to ensure timely project completion.

**Qualifications**:

- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Red Seal HVAC Certification (required or in progress).
- Proven experience in HVAC system installation, maintenance, and repair.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and understanding of HVAC principles.
- Proficiency with industry tools and equipment.
- Solid understanding of HVAC-related electrical systems.
- Skilled in soldering, welding, brazing, and plumbing HVAC components.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

**Compensation**:

- Hourly Wage: based on experience.
- Full benefits package including:

**Schedule**:

- Monday to Friday
- On-call availability may be required depending on workload and season
