**JOB SUMMARY**
- The Client Service Assistant reports directly to the Client Service Manger as designated by the Area Director. The Client Service Assistant collaborates with the Client Service Coordinators, Managers of Clinical Practice, the Nursing Supervisors, the IT Department, and the Payroll/Billing Department as appropriate

**DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES**
- Complete data entry as required
- Handle, screen and redirect incoming phone calls.
- Provides vacation and break relief on reception switchboard
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and couriers as well as maintaining mailing lists and databases.
- Provide ongoing support to external business associates and clients as directed; maintain confidential business files.
- Handle and document client concerns and complaints in a timely manner and as appropriate, notify the Client Service Coordinator and or Supervisors; maintain appropriate documentation
- Participate in ongoing internal and/or external continuing education activities
- Adhere to Bayshore Policies and Procedures.
- Participate in quality activities and continuous improvement initiatives in keeping with the company's Quality Management System.
- Participates in proactive Health & Safety activities while performing all duties. Is responsible to notify immediate Supervisor of any Health & Safety risks or concerns.
- Maintains confidentiality of client and corporate information and discusses same only with appropriate Bayshore personnel.
- Complete other tasks as requested.

Qualifications:

- **Education**:

- Minimum - Secondary School Diploma; completion of an Administrative Assistant training program is preferred.

**Experience**: A minimum of two years previous experience as an Administrative Assistant.
