We are currently recruiting for a Baker to work at our Tim Hortons location in Sudbury, ON. This role will provide an exceptional experience, creating great food while going above and beyond for our guests. The schedule for this role can include weekdays and weekends, as well as morning, afternoon, and evening shift hours.

**The Position will...**
- Ensure safe preparation and serving of food and beverage ingredients
- Ambassador of goodwill, ethics, and great customer relations at all times
- Assisting with ensuring inventory is adequately maintained
- Ensure correct and efficient order completion
- Comply with maintenance of food rotation to minimize spoilage
- Organizing work stations to ensure maximum productivity and efficiency
- Adherence to policies and standards as outlined
- Adherence to workplace safety and food safety/sanitation regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs

**The competencies and qualifications needed...**
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
- 2 or more years of cooking experience
- Certifications as required to comply with local Health codes
- Ability to lift (10kg.), pull & push heavy loads & be exposed to extreme temperatures
- Ability to communicate effectively in verbal and written English
- Able to follow directions
- Able to work successfully in a fast-paced work environment
