**Pizza Franchise Head Office: hiring District Manager**

Megabite Pizza is a growing pizza franchise in the Greater Vancouver Area, and we are excited to announce an opening for a District Manager position at our Head Office

We are looking for a well-experienced District Manager who has strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, to act as a good collaboration between the Head Office and the Franchisees.

**Job requirements**:

- Perform regular store inspection to the franchise stores to ensure the work environment, food, customer service, and overall store quality meet the standard of the Head Office
- Submit franchise store inspection reports on a regular basis
- Suggest and implement improvements for the stores to increase store sales and boost the store’s success
- Help recruit and train new franchisee staff for product knowledge and store operation, while ensuring the franchise stores’ values align with the Head Office
- Other tasks include: lead and delegate tasks for the Head Office team members, support administrative and marketing duties, conduct regular meetings to plan the growth of the office.. etc

**Job qualifications**:

- Have strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills in English
- Years of manager experience working in the food industry
- An honest, down-to earth, and responsible individual
- Willing to grow with the company and make positive impacts as a District Manager
- Possess strong leadership skills that inspires and motivates others
- A plus to have: the ability to communicate fluently in Mandarin _
